At Moon Car Ster, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new outfit isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Moon Car Ster account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Fashion items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition to be eligible for a refund.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location. Please keep your tracking receipt for reference.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
